FiDonce’s emphasis is to offer each student -athlete a unique offensive and defensive developmental basketball foundation. FiDonce was created to help student -athletes establish a great work ethic through dribbling, passing, shooting, and defending on the basketball court. FiDonce will build on each student-athlete’s footwork, speed, agility, balance and strength. FiDonce player development also focuses on individual improvements through extensive drills for individual and team concepts, basketball I.Q. and establishing the most important aspect of any players game; the mental toughness, court savvy, offensive and defensive awareness and leadership qualities. FiDonce will establish a profile on each student athlete to grade:
